Hi, I’m Kate – Naturopath, mum of three beautiful boys, and the founder of Mère Botanicals.

Mère was born from a simple but powerful idea: *we can do better for mums*. As a naturopath and mother, I saw firsthand the gap in quality support available for women during pregnancy, birth, and the all-important postpartum period. Mothers are often left to navigate these huge life transitions with little guidance, limited resources, and products that don’t always put their wellbeing first.

I knew something had to change.
