If you want to change your order please email hello@merebotanicals.com.au with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, unfortunately once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change it.

Can I buy Mère products as a gift and have it shipped as one?

YES! What a great friend you are! Just make sure you enter the details of who you are sending the gift to during the checkout process. You can also leave a personalised note at check out.

Australian Domestic
: Typically 1-14 business days. However, due to COVID-19, Australian orders may take longer.

All other international customers: Typically 10-14 business days. However, due to COVID-19, international orders may take up to four weeks.

Please note our warehouse is rural, so post may take a little longer than you expect.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

We do our best to source environmentally friendly materials for all of our packaging. We choose recyclable products like glass and aluminium. Our products has no plastic stickers either. Our bags are all compostable! The shipping boxes and packing is all recyclable and/or biodegradable. 

What if I don't use all my products:

Labour Aid - is great to drink during breastfeeding

Stretch mark cream - use post birth

Peri massage oil - use on perineal post birth as it aids healing, lightly dab on area or C-section wound. Can also be used as a baby oil or for cradle cap.

Are the products tested on animals?

No.

Does Mère Botanicals contain nasties?

No, all products are Natural. They contain no parabens, PEGs, sulfates (SLS/SLES), GMOs, mineral oils, petrolatum or synthetic colours or fragrances in our products. 

Where are Mère Botanicals products made?

We're an Australian-owned company who create all of our products in Australia. They are then made in Darwin in the Northern Territory.
