Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Pricing; All of our products come with a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) and shall not be sold below this unless a “SALE” is clearly stated. Pricing provided in this information book are in AUD.
For international orders: Pricing provided are in AUD. We do not provide recommended retail price (RRP) for international retailers. We leave this to your discretion based on your customs and shipping fees.
Mere reserves the right to alter pricing at anytime unless invoice previously received from us.
Payments; Mere orders must be pre-paid before delivery, we are not able to offer accounts. Payments are required 14 days after invoice date; failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled. International bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order lead time; Lead times vary throughout the year due to higher demand periods, shipping delays and ingredient availability but typically orders are fulfilled within one week, but please allow allow up to 14 businessdays for your order to be dispatched. Please contact email@example.com to gain clarity of lead-time upon placing an order.
Shipping; Our parcels are shipped via Australia Post. Pricing is according to order size and the stockist will be liable for costs. Once the goods have left the Mere warehouse they are at property of the buyer and we take no responsibility for loss or damage, if you want to insure the delivery, please ask for insurance to be added to the shipping fee. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Exclusivity; All exclusivity arrangements are at Mere’s discretion and are dependent on order frequency and unit numbers. As Mere offers a range of products there may be more than one stockist in an area. The purchaser must initiate discussions regarding Mere exclusivity arrangements.
Sales outlets / website and online sales; You are only authorised to sell through the retail store / website that was agreed upon by Mere at your initial application as a stockist. Additional stores must receive separate approval before the products are to be sold at a different address / website. Retail stores with an online store must inform Mere before selling online. Mere does not allow its products to be sold at online auction sites or through markets without prior written permission.
Brand integrity; The purchaser will sell the goods provided by Mere in their entire packaging including all existing labels and will not tamper, change or re-label any of the goods without prior written permission.
Returns; Any problems with the goods must be reported to the Mere team within 5 days of receipt. Please do not return goods until receiving confirmation from Mere. Goods sent back without agreement from Mere will not be credited against your account. Should Mere agree with fault validity, you must provide photographic evidence and a credit note will be provided.
