Chocolate Granola

2 cups brown rice puffs

2 cups rolled oats

2 tbls pumpkin seeds

2 tbls sunflower seeds

Optional: 1 cup chopped nuts, like almonds, cashews, brazils nuts

2 tbls chia seeds

1 tbls sesame seeds

1 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 coconut oil

3/4 cup maple syrup or raw honey

1 tsp of vanilla or cinnamon

Punch of salt


Preheat your oven to 160 degrees

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine and coat evenly

Spread on a tray with baking paper and bake for 10 mins, give it a stir and bake into the oven for 10 mins

 This is a great one to have on hand for kiddies (leave out nuts for little kids)
